With decades of experience liquidating luxury hotel Furniture Fixture and Equipment, we will wrap, pack, pull, load and haul FF&E with zero impact to guests.
Please scroll some of these past projects in determining whether we may offer numbers to your upcoming renovation.
When it was Four Seasons Olympic Seattle, WA
The Four Seasons Olympic Hotel was the only 5 Star hotel in 7 states around. Smack dab in the middle of downtown Seattle, this University of Washington property has changed flags to Fairmont. One of our 'Big Three' (first projects servicing hotels back in 1993)
Grand Hyatt District of Columbia
As part of the preparations for President Clinton's inauguration, we handled 1,200 bed sets using a 10,000sf. facility off Hwy 50.
Great memories of DC... The President's brother playing here on inauguration night, walking around the corner to watch "A Christmas Carol" at the infamous Fords Theater and hopping Metro beneath inclement weather to all DC has to offers.
Embassy Suites San Luis Obispoe, CA
Our first project utilizing radio advertising to liquidate. Locals still have street fair Thursday nights where you can saunter a closed main drag, tempted by the aroma of eateries and shopping sidewalk sales.
Camlin WorldMark Seattle, WA
Seattle Times dedicating 2+ pages to the hotel (handled through the new owners PR team). Elvis to James Brown stayed here for the roof top lounge, The Cloud Room, after performing across the street.
Remember the movie, "Fabulous Baker Boys," when Ms. Pfeiffer was flung into stardom for her slinky dance on a baby grand piano? We still have the piano from the lobby, as well as the menu from the Cloud Room Restaurant, a copy of which you may have. Just ask.
When it was Intercontinental Los Angeles, CA
Given 12 days to find a home and remove 200 rooms... we finished in 7.
Ritz Carlton Maui, HI
The owners of the Intercontinental were so pleased, they invited us to Maui for 1,200 bed sets. It was incredible waking up to pods of dolphins and a staff 'Puttin' on the Ritz,' as only they can.
Westin Seattle, WA
When the previous liquidator quit, we were asked to step in and remove the south tower. Adding 25,000 square feet of warehousing, one more truck and a crew of 7, it went like clockwork. Still ranks as one of my favorite memories.
Prime Hotel Fairfield, NJ
A real joy working with our friends near the entrance to NY. The hotel's restaurant has so many pictures of celebrities with the Head Chef, you'd think you were in Hollywood. And what a gracious guy! Taking the time at my table to explain how he makes the Reu ladled over his baked salmon. Maybe you will try this with some of the recipes from my Cloud Room cookbook?
Sheraton Seattle, WA
Before I began with FF&E I created a market for carpet reclamation from office recycling. At one point, with a waiting list for carpet, we discovered Joe Payne of Command Performance selling off the Sheraton Seattle. I picked up 5,000 yards from Joe and a year later he agreed to come aboard and introduce us to hotels.
God bless and keep you, Joe. I am so grateful for your lessons.
Omni New Orleans, LA
I love New Orleans. Cafe Du Monde, walking the French Quarter and Garden District, eating from the finest menus, with as fine a folk as the Saints. Sadly, the property of our main customer was erased by hurricane Katrina, but there were still plenty of casinos to slake the gamblers appetite while they re-built.
Hotel Pickwick San Francisco, CA
Just off Market St., next to Nordstroms, the crystal chandeliers were so beautiful I kept 'em for myself.
Hyatt Kansas City, KS
I brokered 450 rooms for this project and shipped as far as Denver. It was here I realized the value that expediting liquidation is to a project. By handling sales and marketing of liquidated FF&E, a property saves the expense and congestion from extra crew, parking, elevator use...which are like sand in the ointment of a property's facelift.
When Wardman was Sheraton Park Washington DC
Just a hand in this project, before flags changed a couple times, and what a magnificent property. I still recommend DC as one of the finest vacations for any family, even if you need a week just to see 'The Mall' (Smithsonian).
Marriott La Jolla San Diego, CA
One of the 'Big Three,' this project helped establish our curve.
Marriott West Loop Houston, TX
Taking quarters in the adjacent property (where I taught my first Son to swim) This Marriott was one of our first road trips. Creating markets, hiring additional local forces and shipping nationwide by truck and rail were a few lessons from this project. Don't you know, you can ice skate inside the Galleria Mall down the street?
La Quinta Stockton, CA
The last of the 'Big Three,' but not the least. In fact, probably the most for shear experience and joy that a smaller project can be. Though this property only fit 3 stars, La Quinta gets two thumbs up and 5 stars as clients.
Ritz Carlton Philadelphia, PA
A short stop for limited supply, Philly is one of my favorite cities. Benjamin Franklin (Founder of these United States) has his home enshrined around the way from the Liberty Bell by Cosi Coffee House where I made myself at home.
