With decades of experience in luxury hotel Furniture Fixture and Equipment Logistics (FF&E), we can help you find the end user for your inventory.
Please consider how we will care for your property with a concern for excellence, as you scroll down a few of our projects with confidence.
When it was Four Seasons Olympic Seattle, WA
One of our 'First Three' projects with which we started servicing the hospitality industry in 1993.
The Olympic was the only 5 Star hotel in 7 states around and on property that is part of the University of Washington port folio, it is now managed by Fairmont.
Grand Hyatt District of Columbia
Part of the preparations for President Clinton's inauguration, we placed 1,200 bed sets while the Presidents brother and his band played inauguration night!
Great memories of DC; staying on site, watching "A Christmas Carol" at the famous Fords Theater and hopping the Metro to slip under inclement weather to all DC has to offer.
Embassy Suites San Luis Obispoe, CA
Our first project taking out radio advertising for liquidation, to everyone's benefit.
The townsfolk still have street fair every Thursday night where you can saunter down a closed main drag, tempted by BBQ from famous restaurants, while shopping the sidewalk sales.
Camlin WorldMark Seattle, WA
Our first time instigating press coverage. Seattle Times dedicated 2+ pages to the hotel! Elvis to James Brown stayed here while performing across the street.
Remember the movie, "Fabulous Baker Boys," when Ms. Pfeiffer was flung into stardom for the slinky dance she had on the baby grand piano?
We still have the piano from this lobby and it could be in yours!
When it was Intercontinental Los Angeles, CA
We were called in at the last minute and given seven days to find a home and remove 200 rooms.
We finished early.
Ritz Carlton Maui, HI
The owners of the above project were pleased, so they invited us to Maui for 1,200 bed sets.
Incredible, awakening to pods of dolphins at sunrise and the bittersweet return 5 years later to recycle carpeting when the property was demolished for redevelopment.
Westin Seattle, WA
When the previous liquidator quit, we were asked to step in and remove the south tower.
Adding 25,000 square feet of warehousing and one more truck, it went like clock work.
Still ranks as one of our favorite memories in the biz.
Prime Hotel Fairfield, NJ
A real joy working with all our friends at the entrance to Manhattan. The hotels restaurant has so many pictures of celebrities with the Head Chef, you'd think you were in Hollywood!
And what a gracious guy he is; taking time at our table to explain how he makes the reau he ladles over the baked salmon.
Sheraton Seattle, WA
Before we began with hotel FF&E we forged a market in carpet reclamation.
At one point, with a waiting list for carpet, we discovered Joe Payne of Command Performance selling off the Sheraton Seattle.
We picked up 5,000 yards from Joe, then he agreed to come aboard to introduce us to hotels the following year.
God bless and keep you in peace, Joe. I am so grateful for your lessons.
Omni New Orleans, LA
I love New Orleans. Sadly, the Casino we sold to was erased by hurricane Katrina, but there were plenty of casinos in the area to keep appetites slaked while they re-built.
Hotel Pickwick San Francisco, CA
Just off Market St. next to Nordstrom...the crystal chandeliers were beautiful!
Hyatt Kansas City, KS
We brokered 450 rooms for this renovation, shipping as far as Denver.
In this project we realized the value that expediting liquidation is to a contractor and owner. Saving budgets, cutting the size of crews, parking, loading space, etc...while relieving pressure and stress derived from the sand that liquidation can be to the ointment a renovation is to a properties facelift.
When Wardman was Sheraton Park Washington DC
Just a hand in this project back before it changed hands a couple more times, but what a magnificent property.
I still recommend DC as one of the finest vacations for any family; even if you need a week just to see 'The Mall' (Smithsonian).
Marriott La Jolla San Diego, CA
One of our 'First Three,' this project helped establish our curve.
Marriott West Loop Houston, TX
Taking quarters in the adjacent property with a pool (in which I taught my first Son to swim); this was one of our first road trips.
Creating markets, hiring additional local forces and shipping by truck and rail nationwide were a few lessons from this project.
Do you know, you can ice skate inside the Galleria Mall down the street?
La Quinta Stockton, CA
The last of the 'First Three,' but not the least; in fact, probably the most for the experience and joy that the ease of a smaller project provides.
Though this property tops out at 3 stars, La Quinta gets two thumbs up and 5 stars as renovation partners.
Ritz Carlton Philadelphia, PA
A short stop for limited supply, Philly is one of my favorite cities.
Benjamin Franklin's home, the Liberty Bell and Cosi Coffee House...'nuff sed.'
